What happened to

i willstart with a brief look into human history and our evolution as a race. our triumphs and our tragedies our highs and our lows and how we have lost our way and become a world without real direction how the class struggle evolved into one of celbrityism and fame for fames sake and how if we continue along this path with out any real change it will eventually lead to stagnation and collapse about how our politicians and leaders have let us down and we have let ourselves down by allowing people who we wouldnt invite into our own homes because of their general dishonesty take office through our own laziness and resigned ourselves to putting up with it with a country and indeed a world that slowly removes freedoms and replaces them with supposed safety a world where our fears are prayed upon to keep us all in line be fear of terrorism ,financial fear , fear of crime . instead of showing our youngsters how to be better people we condemn them and isolate them storing up problems for the future as we have with our environment and our fuel and food. by allowing corporations and and politicians to work together to help each other and make things better for a few than to make the whole world better for all of us. we let this happen we stood by and watched and traded away our future for a comfortable and safer today. but at some point today must end and tomorrow must dawn and when it does what will it bring with it. i can tell you this much it wont be the golden dawn of a better tomorrow weve waited so long for and let our leaders make us believe is just a short distance away if we all just did what was best as they would tell us. the politicians the tyrants the big corporations they are all quite happy in general with the status quo and will quite happily let us go on the same way for ever living out our lives in our little houses paying our huge taxes running on the treadmill like good little hamsters ( in the case of the western world) and in the parts of the world controlled through religion wether it be muslim or jew christian or catholic baptist or buddist the situation is the same but with god used instead of law as a big stick to keep people in line do something the ruling elite dont like god will punish you ( or they will on his(her) behalf) do what they want no matter how deranged it may be and theyll promise you a brighter tomorrow at gods right hand. im not a very religious person i dont believe in a god in some far off heaven looking down on us and making notes on whos good and whos bad allowing people who would lie and cheat to fill their pockets and hold power in gods name or who would send out people to commit atrocities in gods name as if hed (or shed) approve of them blowing up/shooting etc women and children in his(her name)if there is a god/deity/higher intelligence i can only begin to imagine how disgusted and let down they would feel with us as a race with all the vile and vicious, vain and avaricious things we have done to each other not only in our past but even today. if their is a deity call it god or budda or whatever you like their is no way no how and no why that they would approve of what extremists of any religion do. i could go on at length about his subject and indeed will at a later point in my blog but for now i will leave you with this thought if there is a god and tomorrow you had to meet them could you look them in the eye without fear or hesitation and tell them you are worthy of them, not perfect and without any guilt (lighten up catholics) but in general and in the course of your day to day life a good person (and i dont mean living exactly as its written down in some dusty old book that people have written rewritten and tweaked to suit them and keep them in power over the masses(masses geddit) or having killed or thought about killing people in their name as if that gives you some kind of magic ticket to happyland)look inside yourself are you a good person or are you one of the many parasites fattening yourself on the carcass of the world paying lipservice or perrverting a religion or belief to suit you.

Where to begin? Thats a good question. I could be facetious and say at the beginning but thats not where the root of things really lies. As a race we have come along way in many ways but have gone backwards in others. We have learnt so much in just a few thousand years but have also learnt very little. We can cure diseases and do things which to our ancestors would seem god like, but they would also see we havent come that far that they would not recognise us. Indeed many of the baser parts of humanity are alive and well and flourishing. The higher our asperations the wider the gulf between the good in us and the debased. Perhaps as has been said of us as a race in the past we truly can never be rid of the darker part of us, but by now it is a shame that we have not mastered this darker part and at least put it to use within ourselves to judge our own actions and be both just and compassionate, kind but firm in our resolve. We all have our own flaws and weaknesses as we all have our strengths, but i believe that with proper guidance we can all be our best and and in doing so help others be their best. I hope to express this in this ongoing blog to both help me and others and try to reach people who are facing there own inner demons, we all have them that nagging doubt that moment of dread and darkness but if we can overcome and learn to use that feeling as a balance we can find clarity that will free us to be the best that we can be in anything we choose to do. We cant all be astronauts or brain surgeons we cant all be rich and famous but we can be ourselves and if we are ourselves completely without any reservation then we can truly be united as a race.
